Maximum Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

Liability Cap

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
